Proficiency Test Parameters

Description

We will use a sample of vegetables or fruit, to analyze nitrate. The products and levels also will rotate in the following exercises. Samples are natural, not spiked or manipulated .The data shown are based on the expected ranges and usually can be found. The reference value is obtained as the value consensus of the participants, if it is safe. Otherwise, GSC will inform in the report about the origin of that value (previous value, or addition level...). Sigma target may depend on the level or concentration for some parameters.

The distribution of parameters, and thus the number or amount of sample containers may vary slightly from those shown in the original design, guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent amount for the test.
