Proficiency Test Parameters

Description

Raw meat and a fruit and vegetable product will be used. The initial load will be checked, and contamination will be carried out with reference strains to achieve countable levels of the requested microorganisms, or to ensure Detection/Non-detection, as appropriate. The Reference Value will be obtained as the Consensus Value of the participants, if this is certain. Otherwise, the origin of the aforementioned value will be reported (previous value). The distribution of parameters, and therefore the number or quantity of samples in the containers may vary slightly from those indicated in the original design, always guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent quantity required by each test.
THE TRANSPORT COSTS OF THIS TEST, FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF SPAIN, WILL HAVE A TOTAL COST OF 100 EUROS.
