Proficiency Test Parameters

Description

Raw meat product and a fruit and vegetable product shall be used. The initial load shall be checked and contamination with reference strains shall be carried out to achieve countable levels of the requested micro-organisms, or to ensure Detection/Non-detection, as appropriate. The Reference Value shall be obtained as the Consensus Value of the participants, if this is certain. Otherwise, the origin of the Reference Value (pre-value) shall be reported.

The distribution of parameters, and therefore the number or amount of sample containers may vary slightly from those indicated in the original design, always guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent amount required for each test.

THE TRANSPORT COSTS OF THIS TEST, FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF SPAIN, WILL HAVE A TOTAL COST OF 100 EUROS.
